Jelly Fish Dodge
This game is all about dodging the ball and the "jelly fish".
One Guide is chosen to be the ball thrower. She stands in the middle of the room. The rest of the Guides stand at one end of the room. The girls must run from one end of the room to the other without being hit by the ball thrower's ball. The ball must hit the girls BELOW the knees.
When a girl is hit by the ball, she must stop still wherever she is hit. She then waves her arms like a jelly fish. The Guides still in the game have to run around the jelly fish whilst still dodging the ball. If a Guide is hit by the ball or if she makes contact with a jelly fish, she then becomes a jelly fish herself. The last person who has not been hit is the winner. |
